Rave Foxy Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Players' Guide

By accessing ravefoxy.com, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion offered by Rave Foxy, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. This agreement is effective from the moment you complete registration.

If you are registering on behalf of another person, or if you are using a shared device, you remain individually responsible for compliance with these terms. Rave Foxy is not responsible for breaches that arise from shared access to an account registered under your name.

These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by additional policies that also form part of your agreement with Rave Foxy, including the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, the Bonus Terms applicable to specific promotions, and the Sports Betting Rules. All of these documents should be read together.

The minimum age to register and use Rave Foxy is 18 years old. This is a strict requirement and is not negotiable under any circumstances. Rave Foxy takes the protection of minors extremely seriously and will terminate and permanently ban any account found to be held by a person under 18, regardless of how the account was funded.

By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that the information you provide during registration is accurate and truthful, and that you are not registering on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to access your account.

In addition to the age requirement, you must also confirm that:

• You are registering voluntarily and using your own funds — you are not acting under duress or on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current employee of Rave Foxy or a close family member of a current employee.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order currently in effect on the Rave Foxy platform.
• Your participation in online gaming is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.

Rave Foxy reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If a player cannot provide satisfactory proof of age within a reasonable period requested by Rave Foxy, the account will be suspended pending verification and any outstanding balance may be withheld pending the outcome of that review.

To use the full features of Rave Foxy, including placing bets and making withdrawals, you must register a player account. During registration you will be required to provide your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and a preferred payment method. All information provided must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure without refund.

One account per person. Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the Rave Foxy platform. This means one account per individual, per household, and per device. If duplicate accounts are detected, Rave Foxy will close all duplicate accounts and any bonus funds or winnings accrued on those accounts will be forfeited. The original account may also be reviewed and suspended pending investigation.

Before processing your first withdrawal, Rave Foxy will require you to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. This is a standard industry requirement. You will be asked to provide:

• A government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address (a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account showing your name and registered number)

Documents should be clear, legible, and unedited. Rave Foxy may request additional documents if the initial submission does not provide sufficient certainty of identity. KYC verification typically completes within 24–48 hours of submission. Until verification is complete, your withdrawal requests may be held in a pending state.

Rave Foxy accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. The following payment methods are accepted: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.

Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your Rave Foxy account within seconds. IBFT bank transfers may take up to two hours depending on your bank's processing times. Visa/Mastercard transactions are subject to standard bank processing times.

Rave Foxy does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own fees — please check with them directly. Rave Foxy has no control over and accepts no responsibility for fees charged by third-party payment processors.

You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods belonging to a third party — whether a family member or otherwise — are not permitted and may result in account suspension. This rule exists to protect against fraud and money laundering.

Withdrawals from your Rave Foxy account are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your KYC verification must be complete (see Section 3).

Withdrawal processing times at Rave Foxy:

• JazzCash & Easypaisa: Typically within 15–30 minutes of approval during business hours
• NayaPay & SadaPay: Typically within 30–60 minutes
• IBFT Bank Transfer: 2–24 hours depending on your bank
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 working days

These timeframes apply once your withdrawal request has been approved by the Rave Foxy finance team. During peak periods — particularly during PSL season and major international cricket or football fixtures — processing may take slightly longer. We will always communicate expected delays transparently.

Withdrawal requests that include funds originating from active bonuses that have not yet met the wagering requirement will be declined until the wagering requirement is fulfilled. Only funds in your real-money balance (separate from bonus balance) are available for withdrawal at any time.

Rave Foxy offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and the Refer-a-Friend programme. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Key rules that apply to all Rave Foxy bonuses:

• Wagering requirement: All deposit bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is always stated clearly in the specific bonus terms. For example, a 30x wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling Rs 30,000 before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period stated in the offer terms. Unused bonus funds and any wagering progress will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games such as baccarat and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate — this will always be stated in the offer terms.
• Maximum bet with active bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or selection is Rs 1,000 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.
• One bonus at a time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time unless Rave Foxy explicitly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Abuse: Rave Foxy reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, structured low-risk betting to meet wagering requirements, or coordinated play with other players.

The Refer-a-Friend bonus is subject to additional rules set out on the Refer a Friend page. Both the referring player and the referred player must have verified accounts and the referred player must make a qualifying deposit before the bonus is credited.

All casino games available on Rave Foxy — including slots, live baccarat, roulette, crash games, and fishing games — use independently certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Rave Foxy does not manipulate game outcomes and all published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are accurate.

By participating in any casino game on Rave Foxy, you accept the following:

• Game outcomes are final once a round is complete. Rave Foxy cannot reverse completed game results except in cases of a demonstrable and verified technical fault.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round — such as a disconnection — the system will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection and complete the round in accordance with standard game rules. Rave Foxy is not liable for losses that occur as a direct result of your internet connectivity issues.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface before you place a bet. By placing a bet, you confirm you have reviewed and accepted these limits.
• Any attempt to exploit a software glitch, game error, or pricing anomaly is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds connected to the exploited play.

Published RTP percentages represent long-term theoretical averages and are not a guarantee of return within any individual session or number of rounds. The house edge is a permanent mathematical feature of all casino games.

Sports betting on Rave Foxy — including cricket, football, and all other available sports — is governed by the following rules. By placing any sports bet, you accept these rules in full.

General betting rules:

• All bets must be placed before the market closes. For pre-match bets, markets close at kick-off or the first ball. For live in-play bets, markets close as determined by the real-time event.
• The minimum single bet is Rs 200. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, league, and market and are displayed in the bet slip.
• Rave Foxy reserves the right to limit, void, or refuse any bet that has been placed on odds that were published in error (for example, due to a data feed failure or human error). In such cases, the stake will be returned.
• Accumulator bets require all selections to win. If any selection in an accumulator is void, that selection is removed and the accumulator is settled on the remaining legs.

Cricket specific rules at Rave Foxy:

• For T20I and ODI matches, a minimum of 5 overs per innings must be completed for match result bets to stand.
• For Test matches, the match must reach a scheduled day 3 for match result bets to stand.
• PSL matches abandoned due to rain will be settled according to the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method if applicable, or void if no DLS result is possible.

Football specific rules at Rave Foxy:

• All football bets are settled on 90-minute result unless otherwise stated (extra time and penalties do not count for standard match result markets).
• Postponed matches — if not played within 36 hours of the original kick-off — will be voided and stakes returned.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at all times through the account settings page:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Changes that reduce your limit take effect immediately. Changes that increase your limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions. When the limit is reached, you will be logged out automatically.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Cool-off period: Take a break of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off period, your account remains active but you cannot deposit or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the stated period expires. Minimum self-exclusion period is 6 months.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Rave Foxy platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account permanently closed and all funds — including deposits and winnings — may be forfeited if connected to the prohibited activity.

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Using funds obtained through illegal activity to fund your Rave Foxy account
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, RNG patterns, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or play casino games
• Colluding with other players to defraud Rave Foxy or other players (including chip dumping in poker or coordinated accumulator abuse)
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other systematic strategy designed to eliminate risk from bonuses
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing members of the Rave Foxy support team or other players
• Attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation

Rave Foxy uses a combination of automated monitoring and human review to detect prohibited conduct. If you believe your account has been flagged in error, please contact support with full details of your concern.

Rave Foxy reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.

In cases where an account is suspended pending investigation:

• The player will be notified by email within 48 hours of suspension
• Any pending withdrawals may be held during the investigation
• The player will be given a reasonable opportunity to provide information or documentation relevant to the investigation

If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the suspension will be lifted and any held funds returned. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, the account will be permanently closed and Rave Foxy will determine whether any funds in the account are to be returned, partially returned, or forfeited based on the nature and extent of the breach.

You may also close your own account at any time by contacting support at support@ravefoxy.com. Voluntary account closure does not affect any pending bets, which will be settled in the normal way and any winnings credited to your balance for withdrawal before the account is closed.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by Rave Foxy is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of your agreement with us. By registering with Rave Foxy, you consent to the use of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, Rave Foxy collects and processes your personal data for the purposes of: operating your player account, processing deposits and withdrawals, verifying your identity (KYC), complying with anti-money laundering requirements, providing customer support, sending you relevant promotional communications (where you have opted in), and improving the platform.

All content on the Rave Foxy platform — including but not limited to the logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of Rave Foxy or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of Rave Foxy.

The names, logos, and trademarks of third-party game providers appearing on Rave Foxy remain the property of their respective owners. Rave Foxy is licensed to use these materials and their appearance on our platform does not constitute any endorsement or partnership beyond the existing licensing arrangement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rave Foxy's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Rave Foxy shall not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings arising from technical faults outside Rave Foxy's reasonable control (including internet outages, third-party server failures, or force majeure events)
• Any loss arising from your failure to follow the instructions and rules set out on the platform
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses of any kind
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit Rave Foxy's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Rave Foxy reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, we will notify registered players by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continuing to use the Rave Foxy platform after the effective date of updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any change, you should stop using the platform and close your account before the change takes effect.
